 * Experience working with offshore teams, This role is best suited for candidates with a strong technical QA background who are comfortable with automation, code reading, performance testing, and AI-assisted testing. Candidates with only manual QA experience or limited technical expertise are unlikely to be considered.

## Description

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own end-to-end testing, work independently, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. This is a hands-on role requiring strong automation, performance testing, and debugging skills in a fast-paced product environment., * Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases.

 * Develop test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation.
 * Perform benchmarking, performance, regression, and release testing.
 * Reproduce, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
 * Create QA dashboards and monitor quality metrics.
 * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
 * Review application code to improve testing effectiveness.
 * Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and defect analysis.
 * Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams.
