This role is primarily an individual contributor position with technical leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will own complex development work end-to-end, collaborate directly with stakeholders and delivery teams, solve difficult technical problems, and help guide development practices without formal people-management responsibility., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle APEX applications. * Build and optimize data models, SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, REST services, and enterprise integrations using ADB and ORDS. * Develop responsive, accessible, secure user interfaces using Oracle APEX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Implement secure application patterns and support compliance with applicable federal security, accessibility, and development standards. * Work directly with product owners, analysts, architects, and federal stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality functionality. * Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; provide technical estimates, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions. * Conduct code reviews, improve development practices, document technical solutions, and mentor less-experienced developers. * Diagnose and resolve complex application, database, integration, and performance issues.
