This role applies established engineering practices independently, contributes to reliable delivery, and collaborates effectively within crossfunctional teams., The Software Engineer II owns implementation of features, services, or components within a defined scope. The role focuses on independent development, solid technical judgment, and contribution to design decisions, while continuing to grow depth in the organization's technology stack, tools, and practices. This role does not include peoplemanagement responsibility, but may provide informal guidance to Software Engineer I roles and contribute to team technical discussions. This position typically reports to a Software Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer (M2-M3 or T3 equivalent).
