In this high-visibility role, you'll partner directly with the Employee Success (ES) COO and Chief People Officer - and other senior leaders across the Employee Success Leadership Team (ESLT) - to shape how the enterprise understands and acts on workforce data. You'll lead board-level reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership, while also supporting ES Business Partners and broader enterprise consulting engagements. The work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and requires a high level of judgment. This role blends technical fluency with executive presence and consulting acumen - someone equally comfortable building a rigorous analysis and presenting it to the C-suite., * Enterprise Insight Leadership: Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership that translate complex workforce data into clear strategic narratives for the most senior audiences in the company. * Proactive Insight Generation: Identify and surface proactive, forward-looking insights for the Employee Success Leadership Team - not just responding to requests, but anticipating what leaders need to know before they ask. * Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the ES COO and Chief People Officer, translating their strategic priorities into an analytics agenda and ensuring insights land with appropriate nuance and executive polish. * Cross-Functional Consulting: Work across HR Business Partner and enterprise consulting teams to understand business context, prioritize high-impact analyses, and ensure workforce intelligence work stays grounded in real organizational needs. * Evidence-Based Storytelling: Synthesize workforce data, business context, and external benchmarks into compelling, decision-ready narratives - bringing both data rigor and a consulting mindset. * Technical Oversight: Guide the technical approach for enterprise analyses - from data pulls and modeling through visualization - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at the standard required for executive and board-level consumption. * Stakeholder & Priority Management: Assess and prioritize incoming requests from senior leaders based on scope, urgency, and impact; manage competing timelines (e.g., board cadence vs. ad hoc leadership asks) without sacrificing quality. * Team & Practice Leadership: Contribute to the maturity of the Workforce Intelligence function's enterprise-reporting practice - templates, standards, and repeatable frameworks for recurring executive deliverables. * AI Tooling & Innovation: Actively use and champion modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, Snowflake Cortex) to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and reporting workflows - and bring an innovation mindset to identifying new ways AI can improve the speed and quality of workforce intelligence deliverables. ## Related Videos - [Beyond Gut Feelings: The Rise of Data-Driven HR](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1326-beyond-gut-feelings-the-rise-of-data-driven-hr) - [Gut Feeling Is Dead: Talent Intelligence Drives Workforce Planning](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1798-gut-feeling-is-dead-talent-intelligence-drives-workforce-planning) - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1146-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) - [How Cisco embraced a DevOps culture within its network engineering team](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/99-how-cisco-embraced-a-devops-culture-within-its-network-engineering-team) - [Beyond SQL Generation: How to Teach Agents What Your Database Actually Means](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100127-beyond-sql-generation-how-to-teach-agents-what-your-database-actually-means) - [Hacking AI at the Edge of the Indian Ocean](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100177-hacking-ai-at-the-edge-of-the-indian-ocean) ## Related Articles - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [What Industries Outside of AI Are Hiring The Most AI Experts?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/98-what-industries-outside-of-ai-are-hiring-the-most-ai-experts) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Making Data Warehouses Fast: A Developer’s Story](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/107-making-data-warehouses-fast-a-developer-s-story) - [Best US AI Conferences for CTOs in 2026: Build vs. Buy, Vendor Evaluation, and Peer Intelligence](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/736-best-us-ai-conferences-for-ctos-in-2026-build-vs-buy-vendor-evaluation-and-peer-intelligence)
