## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science degree preferred
 + Optional: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus
** _Basic Minimum Work Requirements _:__**

 + Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT support or networking role (or equivalent education)
 + Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
 + Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
 + Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 + Excellent communication and organizational skills
 + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
 + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

## Description

We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Networking Professional to join our team and support day-to-day technology operations. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up computers, managing basic network configurations, supporting Microsoft-based systems, and resolving a range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
** Junior IT Networker responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :**

 + Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers for new and existing users
 + Troubleshoot internet connectivity and application-related issues
 + Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications
 + Maintain and update IT documentation as needed
 + Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points
 + Install and update software, apply patches, and perform routine system maintenance
 + Support users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance
