## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or
 + Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.
 + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 + Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications

 + Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL.
 + Experience supporting manufacturing systems such as:
o MES
o WMS
o ERP
o MCS

 + Familiarity with factory automation environments.
 + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 + Korean language skills are a plus (not required).
 + Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

## Description

+ Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.
 + Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
 + Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
 + Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
 + Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
 + Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
 + Support factory automation software implementation and testing while working with equipment and PLC engineers.
 + Investigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.
 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
