## Description

* Experience: 6+ years ServiceNow; 2+ years Federal.
 * Translate business requirements into technical designs.
 * Design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
 * Configuration and customization.
 * Perform code/design reviews.
 * Troubleshoot complex production issues.
 * Optimize Record queries and platform performance.
 * Design secure applications and integrations.
 * Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
 * ServiceNow's AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-related platform.

Scope & Complexity

 * Must prove they can translate enterprise business requirements into technical designs and manage deployments across complex DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments.
 * Emphasize hands-on troubleshooting of complex production issues at an enterprise scale, optimizing queries for massive databases (CMDB/CSDM), and implementing secure, AI-driven automation capabilities (like Now Assist).

Skillsets

 * ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, performance optimization.

Certifications (or equivalent)
