 * Translate user requirements, clinical insights, and risk mitigations into elegant and effective UI solutions.
 * Ensure build consistency through patterns, style guides, and collaboration with design system owners.
 * Partner with Human Factors Engineering to integrate IEC 62366 and FDA usability requirements into the UI/UX workflow.
 * Support formative studies, heuristic evaluations, use-error analyses, and simulated-use testing.
 * Analyze study results and recommend build changes to improve safety, workflow alignment, and user happiness.
 * Contribute to user interface-related risk analysis (e.g., UFMEA, task analysis, use-related hazard identification)., Meet Anwesha - recently promoted to Manager, she leads a team of software engineers for our Medication Delivery business.
