* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered)
 * 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields.
 * Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical problems, and strong troubleshooting skills.
 * Thorough knowledge of standard desktop hardware and software
 * Demonstrated knowledge of server administration, maintenance, and user account management
 * An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

## Description

* Interacts with users to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and performance problems for customers using LANs, PCs and printers.
 * Analyzes and levies customer requirements to the appropriate technical business unit, and may serve on teams installing software upgrades.
