## About the Role

* Experience: 12+ years of product design experience, with a track record demonstrating both organizational level thinking and hands-on design craft across cross-platform execution.
 * Strategic & Executive Vision: Demonstrated experience turning aspirational, high-stakes problems into board level or executive ready vision, not just shipping features within a single team.
 * Cross-Collaboration with Design: A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation, across organizational boundaries.
 * Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a multi-level problem space and the strategy behind design decisions to stakeholders of all levels, including executive leadership.
 * AI-Assisted Prototyping: Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Figma, Cursor, or Claude Code.
 * AI-Powered Product Experience: Experience designing for, or alongside, AI-powered product experiences.
 * Education Requirements: Relevant bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Accessibility: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces, with familiarity applying WCAG conformance criteria; accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP are a plus.
