Qualifications We Desire * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, technical leads, and industry partners to achieve shared objectives. * Experience working in hypersonics, nuclear deterrence, aerospace, or other weapons-related product environments. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Adobe, data visualization tools, and scripting/automation languages such as PowerShell and Python. * Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable efficiency gains. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment while influencing stakeholders through a constructive, solution-oriented approach. * Comprehensive knowledge of the full information lifecycle, including acquisition, organization, storage, preservation, access, security, and dissemination. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, coordinating effectively with engineering, IT, program management, data governance, quality assurance, and communications teams. * Expertise in designing and implementing information management best practices, templates, workflows, and policies to enhance operational effectiveness. ## Description In this role, you will serve as the primary steward of information flow for high-visibility programs within Integrated Military Systems. You will manage the full information lifecycle from capture and classification through storage, version control, and archival, while acting as the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for document markings and collaboration platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Planner. Collaborating closely with technical teams, program leads, government sponsors, and external partners, you will drive continuous improvements in information management processes and facilitate secure, efficient information sharing across organizations. On Any Given Day You May Be Asked To: * Lead information-management sync meetings with sponsors, technical leads, and external partners. * Design, configure, and maintain collaboration sites (Confluence, SharePoint), ensuring proper document marking and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling. * Develop, document, and enforce processes, procedures, and work instructions for data storage, control, and release. * Track and maintain Need-to-Know (NTK) access lists for programs and center-level information; coordinate with the security office on classification decisions. * Manage the document promotion and release workflow in PDMLink; liaise with Technical Writers for content creation and review. * Conduct data transfers for unclassified and classified data. * Produce configuration status reports, data packages, and objective quality evidence (OQE) for program reviews and audits. * Provide training, mentorship, and guidance on Configuration Management (CM) and Information Management Program (IMP) policies, tools, and best practices to engineering, program, and contractor teams. *Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite. Salary Range $74,700 - $144,400, This posting will be open for application submissions for a minimum of three (3) calendar days, including the 'posting date'. Security Clearance Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications.
