Desired Qualifications * The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) certification. * DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) certification. * Experience with systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high assurance communications systems. * Background in NC3 architecture/performance analysis and engineering design. * Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems.
