In this individual contributor role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate evolving business questions into governed datasets, repeatable analytic methods, and clear, actionable insights across 10+ Medicaid markets. You will execute complex data queries, integrate and validate healthcare data from multiple sources, and assess health and economic outcomes to inform decisions. What success looks like * Publish trusted KPI dashboards and recurring reports used by Quality, Finance, and Market & Organizational leadership for performance management and incentive forecasting * Produce reproducible, well-documented analyses (logic, assumptions, methodology) that stand up to stakeholder review and audit needs * Turn ambiguous questions into clear requirements, appropriate analytic approaches, and actionable recommendations * Deliver high-quality work in fast-moving environments. This role supports a portfolio of enterprise and market-facing analytics products that drive performance management, incentive forecasting, and strategic decision support across Medicaid markets.
