Functional Responsibilities: * Administer comprehensive testing and support the core testing functions to include Virginia Placement Test, industry tests, TCC faculty makeup exams, online/hybrid course exams, testing for Office of Educational Accessibility, and exams from VCCS institutions and other college/universities, on and off-campus * Provide support to Student Affairs departments such as Virtual Student Support, Admissions & Enrollment, Counseling, Office of Educational Accessibility, and others as needed * Actively participate in registration activities * Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external constituents in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Promptly answers telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and general public * Maintain daily operation of Testing Center to include: preparing lab computers, cameras, & reference sheets, scheduling student appointments, preparing for appointments, seating students for testing, mailroom box, and other files as needed in accordance with TCC/VCCS policy. * Obtain necessary credentials to administer various tests to students or other customers * Other duties as assigned Special Assignments May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
