As a Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Home Location SC., * Strong experience supporting and managing Candescent (formerly NCR) or similar Remote Deposit/Capture platforms. * Java and Microservices/API development, integration, and support. * OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) deployment and administration. * Windows Server and Linux administration. * Connect: Direct administration and managed file transfer support. * Microsoft SQL Server database support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. * Software build, deployment, release, and environment management. * Vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security compliance. * Production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. * Vendor management and coordination for upgrades, issue resolution, and roadmap planning. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. * Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. * Writes code, tests and deploys software. * Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software. * Maintains and debugs software.
