* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro- oder Energietechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (technischer Schwerpunkt) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Implementierung von Energy Management Systemen, idealerweise im Umfeld erneuerbarer Energien (PV, Wind, H )
 * Fundiertes Verständnis elektrischer Energiesysteme sowie netzgekoppelter Anlagen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Batteriespeicher
 * Erfahrung mit SCADA- bzw. Leittechniklösungen im Kontext von Hochspannungsanlagen, Erzeugungsparks oder Großspeichern
 * Kommunikations- und Verhandlungssicherheit im Austausch mit Partnern und Lieferanten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Projekttätigkeiten innerhalb Deutschlands
