What you can expect: * Drive automated HR document generation: Build and further develop HR document templates in the system, including their connection to master data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This includes using text modules and dynamic logic for automation, while ensuring accurate and consistent data integration across all documents * Implement and adapt HR workflows: Adapt global workflow blueprints to local legal requirements and build additional local workflows in the system where needed - ensuring global standards while fully complying with local compliance requirements. * Ensure seamless integration: Define document storage within automated processes and ensure a seamless interaction between the system landscape, HR processes, and automated document generation and filing. * Drive standardization in HR Services: Support the global harmonization and standardization of HR Services processes and identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions.
