* Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in (Business) Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline
 * Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a proactive mindset
 * Strong affinity for technology and interest in IT and information security topics
 * Previous practical experience in IT, gained through internships, working student positions, or personal projects, is a plus
 * Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic IT security environment

Your Tasks
To support our IT Security team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Supporting the analysis, prioritization, and tracking of IT vulnerabilities, as well as coordinating remediation activities to sustainably reduce risks in close collaboration with responsible business and IT teams.
 * Assisting in the handling and coordination of security events and incidents, including the preparation of status reports, documentation, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
 * Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of regulatory and internal security requirements, for example in the context of BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, ISO 27001, or comparable security frameworks and standards.
 * Coordinating and communicating with internal departments, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure transparent communication of security requirements and effective follow-up of mitigation measures.
 * Preparing reports, KPIs, and management summaries, as well as supporting audits, risk assessments, and projects aimed at continuously improving the organization's information security posture.
