* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Leitung komplexer Software- sowie Automatisierungsprojekte im industriellen Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse klassischer und agiler Methoden wie V-Modell, Scrum oder Kanban
 * Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement z B durch IPMA® Zertifizierung (Level D/C)
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA, MS Project, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
 * Kenntnisse zu Reporting-, Tracking- und Dokumentationsmethoden im Entwicklungsprozess
 * Wissen über Anforderungen an IT-Systeme in Produktion/Industrie 4.0 Umgebungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Projektanforderungen
 * Steuerung agiler Soft- und Hardwareentwicklungsprojekte nach Scrum oder Kanban
 * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kund:innen und Projektteams
 * Sicherstellung des Reportings, der Planung und des Trackings von Teilprojekten mittels JIRA oder MS Project
 * Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Vorgaben während der Umsetzung
 * Initiierung und Begleitung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse in Entwicklungsteams
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen mit Confluence oder ähnlichen Tools
