## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst (inkl. Wochenenden/Feiertagen) sowie ergänzender Rufbereitschaft

## Description

* Überwachung und Sicherstellung des stabilen Plattformbetriebs im 24/7-Leitstand inkl. KPI- und SLA-Monitoring
 * Analyse, Behebung und Eskalation von Incidents im 1st- und 2nd-Level sowie Koordination des 3rd-Levels
 * Begleitung von Changes, Releases und Wartungsfenstern inkl. vollständiger Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Runbooks, Dashboards und Betriebsprozessen sowie Wissenstransfer im Team
 * Teilnahme am Schichtbetrieb sowie an planbarer Rufbereitschaft
