 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen
 * Unterstützung und Beratung von Anwendenden im IT-Umfeld
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Zuweisung und Kontrolle von Zugriffsrechten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Softwareanwendungen, * Betreuung, Wartung und Überwachung von Serverlandschaften und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
 * Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support bei IT-Anfragen und Störungen
 * Koordination, Beschaffung und termingerechte Installation von IT-Hardware
