Must-have Skills

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung, Betreuung oder Beratung von ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen

 * Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung mit etablierten ERP-Systemen, bevorzugt SAP, alternativ z.B. proALPHA oder Microsoft Dynamics
 * Stabiler Lebenslauf mit langfristigen Beschäftigungsverhältnissen
 * Präsentations- und Moderationskompetenz
 * Reisebereitschaft bis ca. 25 %

## Description

* Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse und Prozessberatung
 * Anwenderschulungen beim Kunden
 * Begleitung von ERP-Einführungs- und Implementierungsprojekten vom Kick-off bis zum Go-live
 * Testing, Go-live-Vorbereitung und Nachbetreuung
 * Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Customizing-Anforderungen
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Produktentwicklung
 * Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Präsentationen und Messen
 * Regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt (hauptsächlich remote)
