## Description

* Leitung und Moderation von Scrum-Meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews und Retrospektiven)
 * Identifikation und Lösung von Blockaden, die den Fortschritt des IT-Teams behindern
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Stakeholdern in der Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung und Verwaltung des Product Backlogs
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur Vermittlung agiler Methoden und Best Practices an Teammitglieder und Stakeholder
 * Analyse und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität
