## Description

* Entwickeln und Erstellen von visuellen Assets für Marketing und E-Commerce
 * Gestalten und Umsetzen von Landing Pages sowie Advertorials in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing- und Growth-Teams
 * Konzipieren und Adaptieren von Designvarianten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Kampagnen
 * Sicherstellen einer konsistenten visuellen Gestaltung über alle Kanäle hinweg
 * Aufbauen und Weiterentwickeln eines skalierbaren Designsystems mit Templates, Komponenten und klaren Layout-Strukturen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Content und Performance
 * Eigenständiges Prüfen und Sicherstellen der Designqualität mit Fokus auf Typografie, Layout, Bildsprache und Detailgenauigkeit
 * Berücksichtigen von Performance- und E-Commerce-Anforderungen bei der Entwicklung von Creatives
