 * Experience with MongoDB, ideally using Beanie ODM for async persistence.
 * Solid understanding of OAuth/OIDC and JWT-based authentication.
 * Comfort working with Docker and docker-compose, including debugging containerized environments.
 * Advanced proficiency in English.

## Description

In this role, you'll build and maintain a clinical health-data pipeline Back End using async Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB, where correctness, security, and interoperability are non-negotiable. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of Back End engineering and clinical health data, building systems where your technical precision directly impacts data integrity and patient-facing outcomes.
What You'll Do

 * Build and maintain async Back End services using Python 3.12 and FastAPI.
 * Manage persistence layer using MongoDB, ideally with Beanie ODM.
 * Implement and maintain OAuth/OIDC and JWT-based authentication working across Keycloak and Descope in a provider-agnostic way.
 * Work with Docker and docker-compose, debugging build and runtime issues in containerized environments.
 * Contribute to a clinical health-data pipeline and MCP server implementation.
