The Director of Software Engineering leads the software organization in support of TSI's digital transformation strategy, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across embedded systems, desktop, mobile, network, and cloud/SaaS platforms. As both a people and technical leader, this role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and retaining top engineering talent, and for building the management bench strength needed to scale the organization. This role partners with Product Management, Program Management, Hardware Engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to define and execute product development strategies. The Director ensures teams deliver innovative, high quality, secure, and customer-focused software solutions, using modern architectures, Agile methodologies, and best engineering practices.
