 * User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
 * Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
 * Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes.
 * Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows.
 * Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
 * Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes
 * Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions
 * Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.
 * Coordinate with onsite and offshore for seamless delivery.
