## About the Role

Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit - entweder mit informationstechnischem oder mit ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt - sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung. Software darf dir nicht gänzlich fremd sein.
Du hast Interesse und die Fähigkeit, dir entweder fachliches Wissen in Gebäude- und Heizungstechnik oder die Methodik der Product-Owner-Arbeit anzueignen.

Erfahrung als Product Owner / Product Manager, Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) sowie Bezug zur Energie- oder Immobilienwirtschaft sind willkommen, aber kein Muss.

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten solltest du mitbringen.

Dein Feedback läuft direkt in Produkt und Entwicklung ein, ohne Umwege über mehrere Ebenen. Beim Aufbau des Teams spielst du in Zukunft eine prägende Rolle.
