## About the Role

* Master's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Professional experience in IT, Digital Transformation, or IT/Enterprise Architecture.
 * International experience working with stakeholders, business-fluent English proficiency, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
 * Experience in developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms and systems.
 * Ability to design, plan, and successfully implement complex digital solutions across multiple systems and channels.
 * Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as Business Case development and budget management.

* Drive digital strategy execution aligned with business objectives and market needs
 * Design and own end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance
 * Analyze, validate, and integrate solutions across the IT landscape
 * Develop business cases, define roadmaps, and manage budgets for digital initiatives
 * Oversee solution delivery and governance, ensuring quality, security, compliance, and timely execution
 * Engage stakeholders and drive adoption through collaboration with business and technical teams across markets, * Future-proof: We are growing and expanding.
