## Description

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level
 * Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
 * Betreuung von Hard- und Software für Endanwender:innen
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehlerdiagnose mittels Remote-Zugriffstools wie TeamViewer oder AnyDesk
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates, Patches und Backups
 * Dokumentation der Supportfälle im Ticketsystem (z.B. Jira, OTRS)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen und Systemadministrator:innen zur Problemlösung
