 * Betreuung der Anwender:innen bei IT-relevanten Fragestellungen (1st und 2nd Level Support)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Rechtevergabe im Active Directory
 * Durchführung von Updates, Backups und Patch-Management
 * Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Erstellung von Anleitungen
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer Systeme
