 * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid program management environments, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

## Description

* Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through successful delivery.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
 * Track and communicate program status, key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.
 * Proactively identify potential program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
 * Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution and decision-making.
