## Description

As the Recruiting Operations Supervisor, you will lead the execution and alignment of recruiting and staffing efforts. You'll oversee a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Specialists, ensuring day-to-day hiring runs smoothly while also supporting broader workforce planning and staffing strategy., * Lead and develop a team supporting recruiting and staffing operations, including hiring, performance management, and coaching

 * Partner with Recruiting and business leaders to align hiring activity and staffing plans to business demand
 * Analyze hiring and staffing data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
 * Evaluate and enhance recruiting, selection, and staffing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
 * Ensure accurate candidate tracking, dispositioning, and compliance with all applicable guidelines and laws
 * Support broader staffing initiatives and operational priorities as needed
