This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack developer with strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure experience who enjoys building high-quality software, contributing to technical design, and collaborating within an Agile scrum team., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * 4–6 years of professional experience building .NET Framework applications. * Experience developing applications with ASP.NET MVC. * Strong C# development experience with object-oriented programming principles. * Hands-on Azure experience, including building or supporting cloud-based applications and services. * Experience with Azure Identity and Access Management, Role-Based Access Control, and Key Vault. * Experience using Azure DevOps, including Git-based workflows and build or release pipelines. * Experience writing unit-testable code using the Repository Pattern. * Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, tables, indexes, and views. * Ability to write automated tests and validate code changes. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices within an Agile scrum environment. * Ability to troubleshoot application and process issues. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to work independently by researching solutions, testing approaches, and presenting options. * Collaborative mindset with a commitment to mentoring, feedback, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. * Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week. Preferences * Experience with legacy WebForms. * Experience building cloud-native solutions. * Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture. * Familiarity with software integration patterns. * Experience creating technical documentation, decision logs, how-to guides, or onboarding materials. * Experience mentoring developers across a team or department. * Ability to take ownership of a core application, system, or process area. ## Description The Senior Software Developer will serve as a technical leader across key application areas, mentor other developers, contribute to coding standards, and help deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. What You’ll Do * Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and Azure technologies. * Build and support cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure. * Contribute to application design using microservices, event-driven architecture, and software integration patterns. * Develop C# code in Visual Studio using feature branches and feature toggles. * Work with Azure Identity and Access Management, Role-Based Access Control, and Key Vault. * Write automated tests for code changes and manually validate updates in local environments. * Create QA test cases and collaborate with business partners to support testing. * Write and maintain T-SQL, stored procedures, tables, indexes, and views. * Submit, manage, and review code using Git and Azure DevOps. * Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development standards. * Support backlog prioritization, sprint goals, and delivery of high-impact work. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and process issues. * Use Azure DevOps Pipelines to monitor build and release status. * Mentor developers through pairing, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. * Recommend technical solutions aligned with architecture standards and document decisions. * Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve development processes., This is an opportunity to work on meaningful full-stack development initiatives, contribute to modern Microsoft and Azure-based solutions, and serve as a technical resource within a collaborative Agile team.
