The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows ## Description The Senior Specialist, Technology Change & Communications, sits within Bain's internal Change Management team and plays a hands-on role in supporting the delivery and adoption of technology transformation initiatives. Working across cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex project and technology changes into clear, engaging, and well-structured materials, from training decks and user guides to SharePoint microsites and rollout communications, that help end users understand, navigate, and adopt new technology. As part of a small team, this role offers the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities, build new skills, and gain hands-on experience across different aspects of change management.
