Master's degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience developing software applications, automation solutions, industrial software, or engineering systems. * Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, React, C#, C++, Java or similar. * Software Development Practices: Experience with version control systems such as Git (CLI), GitHub, GitLab, software testing, debugging, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence using Agile Software Development Lifecycle management. Core Technical Competencies * Application Development: Experience developing desktop, web-based, or engineering software applications. * Automation & Equipment Integration: Knowledge of industrial automation systems, BER Test equipment, manufacturing equipment integration. * Data Management: Experience working with databases, SQL, data acquisition systems, data analytics, and reporting tools. * Software Architecture: Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, API development, and system integration methodologies. * Test & Validation: Experience developing automated test platforms, validation tools, and software verification methodologies.
