Desired: + Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, Exchange, Teams, or Security certifications). + Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, and Intune. + Familiarity with large-scale migrations to M365. + Experience in regulated or highly secure environments.
