## About the Role

They re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with prior gov experience; somebody who can hit the ground running and join a significant ongoing programme of work with one of their biggest gov clients., * Senior or lead-level Software Engineer

 * Extensive experience with Java and Node.
 * Able to set technical standards and upskill team members where needed
 * 7+ years of commercial engineering experience
 * TDD
 * Consultancy mindset with excellent communication skills & stakeholder management experience
 * Prior gov/public sector project experience
 * Able to travel to client-side once per month (location may alternate between London, Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield)
