Desired Skills * Working experience checking Engineering designs. * Working experience with Full-Sized Determinant Assembly (FSDA) modeling practices. * Working knowledge and practical application of ASME Y14.5 GD&T along with familiarity of ASME drawings. * Working experience with Siemens' TeamCenter PLM tools. * Mono-based or mono-detail design practices experience. * Experience with Full Sized Determinant Assembly (FSDA) designs. * Knowledge of DoD contract requirements and MIL STD documentation. * Familiarity with Configuration Management. * Working knowledge and practical application of ASME Y14.100 Engineering Drawing practices. * Ability to develop check scripts/macros to automate routine verification tasks. * Very detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences. * Proven ability to thrive in fast paced, deadline driven team settings. * One-team mindset to achieve common goal. ## Description You will be the Design Engineer / Checker - Level 3 for the Build to Package Verification Process and Compliance team which is responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and compliance of F-35 engineering designs and 3-D models. What You Will Be Doing As the Design Engineer / Checker - Level 3 you will be responsible for acting as a critical quality gate, reviewing designs, applying GD&T, and validating models before they move downstream.
