This hybrid role combines hands-on software development with facilitation of agile processes to ensure effective sprint execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate thrives both in writing clean, scalable code and in enabling teams to operate with clarity, accountability, and predictability., 1. Software Development (Approx. 50-70%) + Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions + Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code + Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues + Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to refine requirements + Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices + Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards + Participate in technical debt management and refactoring initiatives 2.
