This role is ideal for a detail-oriented platform professional with experience in ServiceNow change management, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integrations. The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident, due to Government Cloud requirements., + Experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment. + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations. + Experience with ServiceNow Change Management processes. + Familiarity with CI/CD practices and release management within a ServiceNow environment. + Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform users. + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. + Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, documentation, and operational excellence. + Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident, due to Government Cloud requirements. + Preferred experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow areas: + ITSM, In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
