* 10+ years experience leading large, complex projects.

 * 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM Project Management Module.
 * Proficiency in PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Gate Model methodologies.
 * Organizational Change Management experience in a global enterprise environment.
 * Strong financial management skills using MS Project and SAP.

How you'll make an impact

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

 * Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion.
 * Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.
 * Manage project financials and ensure adherence to targets.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks, while capturing and sharing lessons learned.
 * Ensure all activities align with Hitachi Energy project management methodology and quality standards.
 * Serve as the key contact and escalation point, building strong stakeholder relationships.
 * Oversee technology planning and implementation for IT-related projects.
 * Coach and mentor junior project managers across NAM sites.
