 * Steuerung und Priorisierung von Entwicklungsprojekten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hardwareentwicklung, Systemarchitektur sowie produktübergreifenden Entwicklungsteams
 * Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen sowie Etablierung moderner Methoden und Standards
 * Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder, * Führungserfahrung in Form von Team- oder Projektleitungen, Tätigkeit als Softwarearchitekt o.ä.
