## About the Role

B Ausübungsformen, * Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Definition, Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung komplexer IT- und PLM-Lösungen.

 * Belegbare, aktuelle Erfahrung in der Integration der 3DEXPERIENCE-Plattform sowie im Umgang mit Geschäftsprozessen im PLM-Umfeld und technischer Integration, einschließlich praktischer Erfahrung.
 * Tiefgehendes Fachwissen über Dassault Systèmes-Technologien (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) und fundiertes Verständnis von Betriebsmodellen (On-Premise, SaaS Public, SaaS Private).
 * Nachweisliche Fähigkeit zur technischen Führung von Solution-Building-Teams sowie effiziente Zusammenarbeit über Organisationsgrenzen hinweg.
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Stakeholder-Management-Skills.
 * Starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
 * Exzellente Dokumentationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere bei der Erstellung von Architekturdiagrammen nach Standards wie ARCHIMATE, UML oder vergleichbaren Tools.
Kommunikationsstärke, proaktive Vorgehensweise und Dienstleistungsorientierung sind für uns ebenso wichtig wie die technische Expertise. Dementsprechend erwarten wir auch Reisebereitschaft, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Niveau).
Bevorzugte, aber nicht obligatorische Qualifikationen:

 * Erfahrung und/oder Zertifizierungen in weiteren PLM-Produkten (z. B. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ARAS, Siemens NX) und deren Integration sowie Anpassung.
 * Architektur-Zertifizierungen (z. B. TOGAF, ISAQB).
 * Erfahrung oder Zertifizierung in agilen Frameworks (z. B. Scrum, SAFe).
 * Erfahrung oder Zertifizierung im Cloud-Bereich (z. B. Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
 * Erfahrung in DevOps, CI/CD-Automatisierung und Sicherheitstools (z. B. SonarQube, Checkmarx).
