 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in OT Cybersecurity und mit industriellen Systemen (PLC, DCS etc.)
 * Praxis in Themen wie System-Härtung, Vulnerability Management und Netzwerksicherheit
 * Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und im Umgang mit verteilten Teams
 * Kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und durchsetzungsfähig
 * Kenntnisse in IEC 62443, NIS2 von Vorteil

## Description

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der OT-Cybersicherheit (mehrere Produktionsstandorte in Europa, keine hohe Reisebereitschaft notwendig)
 * Definition und Umsetzung von Standards und Richtlinien (z. B. Patch-Management, Netzwerk, Backup/Recovery)
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security und den Produktionsstandorten
 * Verantwortung für die Sicherheit über den gesamten OT-Lifecycle (Design bis Ersatz/Stilllegung)
 * Sicherstellung von Compliance mit IEC 62443 sowie relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Audits und Reporting an das Management
 * Führung von einem kleinem Team mit zentraler Verantwortung für Europa
