The team is responsible for supporting and enhancing critical business applications, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, process improvements, and strategic initiatives across Commercial Banking. Provides operations expertise in the design, development, management and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through to execution.
