This role focuses on software lifecycle governance, regulatory compliance, engineering documentation, workforce qualification, process improvement, and requirements traceability. You will work closely with software engineers, systems engineers, quality engineers, verification and validation teams, licensing personnel, project teams, and management to ensure software development activities are performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, customer commitments, and company procedures. You will be responsible for interpreting regulatory and industry guidance, translating requirements into actionable engineering processes, maintaining software lifecycle procedures, supporting engineering audits, managing technical training programs, and ensuring personnel qualifications remain aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations. You will contribute to software governance strategy, training program development, audit readiness, process improvement initiatives, workforce development efforts, and engineering excellence activities across multiple safety system programs.
