## Description

Wessler Engineering is looking for a part-time IT Systems Support Specialist to help keep our people, technology, and offices running smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to support both firm-wide technology projects and day-to-day end-user needs while working closely with IT leadership.

You'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from Microsoft Intune deployments and workstation refreshes to infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and hands-on technical support across our offices.

What You'll Do

 * Support technology projects including Intune deployments, workstation refreshes, infrastructure upgrades, network equipment replacements, and office technology improvements.
 * Provide Tier 1 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, and other equipment.
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and AEC applications such as Autodesk and GIS tools.
 * Assist with device management, access management, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives using tools such as Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender.
 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
 * Support technology deployments and upgrades at Wessler office locations, including occasional travel between offices.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with user training.
 * Coordinate with employees, IT staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure technology projects and support requests are completed effectively., This is a temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately six months, with the potential for the schedule to vary based on project and business needs.
