You will be a valued member of the Banking Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, banking operations teams, infrastructure partners, application vendors, and global support teams. In this role, you will: * Serve as the primary subject matter expert and production support lead for Jack Henry applications, including Synergy, ArgoKeys, Banno, Commercial Center, Teller, iPay, Pep+, and related banking platforms. * Lead incident, problem, and change management activities to ensure platform availability, operational excellence, and timely issue resolution. * Oversee daily production monitoring, Start-of-Day activities, batch processing validation, workflow automation, and operational governance. * Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to support application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Drive business continuity, disaster recovery testing, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across banking operations and digital banking services.
