## About the Role

* Proven experience within a Third Line Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
 * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix.
 * Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models.
 * Operations - VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti
 * Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt).
 * Analytics, specifically Systrack/Nexthink (Non Essential - training provided).
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 & Win11

We have a new requirement for a 3rd Line Engineer with Citrix experience to work for a client of ours based in Preston.
